Alexander B
This is somewhat like a chocolate milkshake, but better, as its a cocktail. I think I used whipping cream, when I tried this one as I was out of light cream, light cream should work too.
The Alexander Cocktail (varient B)
1/3 oz. Creme de Cacao
1/3 oz. brandy
1/3 oz. cream

After Supper
This is an excellent cocktail. Like so many good cocktails the ingredients seem improbably and yet everything turns out grand.
The After Supper Cocktail
1/2 oz. Apricot Brandy
1/2 oz. Curacao
4 dashes of lemon juice
The usual shake and strain mumbo-jumbo.

Alfonso - modified
This is a decent cocktail, not too sweet. Worthy of a taste but you probably won’t make too many of these.

4 dashes of Italian vermouth
1/4 oz. gin
1/4 oz. French vermouth
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
The usual shake and strain procedure.
