The Miami Cocktail 2 oz. dark rum 3/4 oz. of Cointreau 1/8 oz. lemon juice shake – strain – pour Rating: 2/10
Czarina
The Czarina Cocktail 1 oz. vodka 3/4 oz. apricot brandy 1/2 oz. French vermouth 1/2 oz. Italian vermouth shake – strain – pour Rating: 1/10
Zoom
The Zoom Cocktail 1.5 oz. brandy 1/4 oz. honey 1/2 oz. cream shake – strain – pour Rating: 1/10
Sherry Sangaree
The Sherry Sangaree 2 oz. of sherry teaspoon of powdered sugar add to wine glass with a couple lumps of ice, a slice of orange peel and some grated nutmeg on top. Rating: 1/10
