The Tom and Jerry Hot Potation
beat an egg, add icing sugar until very think
in a mug add the following:
1 tablespoon of the egg mixture
1 oz. brandy
1 oz. dark rum
a pinch of nutmeg
a cup of boiling water

4-6 mint leaves, crushed
Fill with “Real Brew, Outrageous Ginger Ale”

1/4 Kina Lillet
1/4 Cointreau
1/4 Gin
1 dash of Absinthe

Champagne Cocktail
The Champagne Cocktail
Put ~1/4 teaspoon of sugar in a Champagne glass, soak the sugar with Angostura bitters. Add ice and fill with Champagne. Squeeze lemon peel on top and garnish with a slice of orange.
