The Tom and Jerry
The Tom and Jerry Hot Potation beat an egg, add icing sugar until very think in a mug add the following: 1 tablespoon of the egg mixture 1 oz. brandy 1 oz. dark rum a pinch of nutmeg a cup of boiling water Rating: 7/10 stir and serve
Hot Buttered Rum
Hot Buttered Rum 1.5 oz. dark rum 1 lump of sugar 1/2 teaspoon sized slice of butter 4 cloves Add above to mug, stir in 1 -> 1.5 cups of boiling water. Rating: 1/10
Rum Toddy
The Hot Rum Toddy 1.5 oz. of dark rum 1 teaspoon of sugar 2 cloves slice of lemon pinch of cinnamon Add above to mug, stir in a 1 -> 1.5 cups of boiling water. This can be made with cold water too, but that doesn’t help as much with the chilly weather. Rating: 1/10
