We at 10•10•2 are committed to providing you with the highest quality items and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, but please review our refund policy carefully:

1. Returns and Exchanges:
Since our items are uniquely and individually produced, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

2. Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at returns@tententwo.com withing 7 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted. 

3. Changes to This Policy:
We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
